Association of Higher Education Careers Services

Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) is the
representative association for careers advisory and placement professionals
in higher education in Ireland. Its mission is to lead, support and facilitate
collaboration among higher education careers services throughout Ireland
and be the recognised authority on graduate career development, learning
and employability. Included among our members are 27 Universities, Higher
Education Institutes and Institutes of Technology.

AHECS Membership Categories

Labour Market Information

Service Membership: The Careers Service within the Higher Education Institution.

Affiliate membership: Admission as an Affiliate member is available to academic and other university
colleagues who, though not based in a careers service, nevertheless offer Careers Education Information Advice and Guidance

External Connexion member:
Admission as a Connexion member is open to individuals, corporate or professional organisations currently involved in activities of recruiting or employee development
/graduate development programmes.

Retired or Career break: For individuals who have once
been Associate Members of AHECS and have now left work, either permanently or temporarily.
